- Produce each exercise (original, or retry) as a PDF in CoCalc. Do not make screenshots or other alternatives - save the actual PDF that CoCalc creates. Name the file carefully, as failure to do so will result in an automatic retry. Problem number, with a dash, then another dash, then your last name in lowercase letters. Do not change the form of your name from problem to problem or chapter to chapter or for retries. One exercise per file. Model filename:
`SLE-2-beezer.pdf`

- Retries do not need old versions, nor do they need cover sheets. Include a copy of my *overall* comments from previous versions at start of the PDF of your new version. These are the sorts of things I used to write on the cover sheets, and now write at the top. Such as "Close. Needs one small fix.", or "First half correct, see comments on second half.", etc. Use the same pattern for filenames, I can keep track of the different versions.
- Send a
**single**message, with all of your new and retry exercises as attachments, to the special address given in class. DO NOT email to my usual address, that could be an automatic retry. - Subject line is not critical, but my reply to you will use the same subject line, so use something that helps
*you*stay organized.
